Ingredients

  • 1 package {18-1/4 ounce] white cake mix
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetend applesauce
  • 1 can {11 ounce}mandarin oranges undrained
  • 1 can {8 ounce} crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 - {8 ounce} frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 box [3.4 ounces}instant vanilla pudding mix

How To Make mandarin orange cake

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, applesauce and oranges, beat on low speed for 1 minute then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans Bake in 325F oven for 30 minutes or until a woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean.. cool in pan for 10 minutes remove to wire rack to cool.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl beat whipped topping, pineapple and pudding mix,,spread between layers and top and sides..keep in refrigerator.
