unsweetend applesauce

{11 ounce}mandarin oranges undrained
1 can(s)
{8 ounce} crushed pineapple undrained

{8 ounce} frozen whipped topping thawed
1 box
[3.4 ounces}instant vanilla pudding mix

How to Make Mandarin Orange Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, applesauce and oranges, beat on low speed for 1 minute then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans Bake in 325F oven for 30 minutes or until a woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean.. cool in pan for 10 minutes remove to wire rack to cool.
  • 2In another bowl beat whipped topping, pineapple and pudding mix,,spread between layers and top and sides..keep in refrigerator.
