- 1 box duncan hines golden butter cake mix
- 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package cool whip 16 ounce
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (lg)
- 1 can crushed pineapple, 16 oz, drained
How To Make mandarin orange cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil. Beat on medium speed with electric mixer. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8 inch cake pans. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

Step 2In mixing bowl; combine cool whip, pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Ice middle cake layer and tops of cake. Keep refrigerated.
