This dessert comes from my cousin, Mary Lou...Simple to put together...You can substitute splenda white and brown sugar..I do for my diabetic husband...Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups wht. sugar or splenda
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 2- 11oz cans mandarin oranges (use 1 1/2 cans juice and whole segments.
- TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar or splenda brn sug
- 2 tablespoons canned milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
