This dessert comes from my cousin, Mary Lou...Simple to put together...You can substitute splenda white and brown sugar..I do for my diabetic husband...Enjoy.

Ingredients

all purpose flour
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
salt

eggs
2 tsp
baking soda
2 c
wht. sugar or splenda
1 c
pecans chopped
2- 11oz can(s)
mandarin oranges (use 1 1/2 cans juice and whole segments.

TOPPING

1 c
brown sugar or splenda brn sug
2 Tbsp
canned milk
4 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Mandarin Orange Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat gently 2 to 3 minutes..put in 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350..degrees.
