I use milk instead of water and used the juice from the mandarin oranges to make this cake really moist and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 sm. can mandrin oranges w/juice
  • 1 - cool whip (thawed)
  • 1 lg can pinapple (drained) & in chunks

How To Make mandarin orange and pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    mix and bake cake to pkg directions, add milk in place of water (same amount), add mandarin oranges w/juice. Cool completely
  • Step 2
    Once cake is cool, fold pinapple into coolwhip and frost cake, store tightly covered for 24 hours, Enjoy.
