Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix (white)
- 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, undrained
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 oz. jars orange marmalade (you'll only use some of this).
- 1 (11 oz) jar this one drained
How To Make mandarin marmalade cake

Step 1Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat 30 seconds on low and then on medium until well mixed.

Step 2Put into a greased 13X9X2 pan and bake for 28-33 minutes.

Step 3Cool completely.

Step 4For topping: Beat cream until soft peaks form; add sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Gently stir in 1 or 2 Tablespoons of marmalade. Garnish with oranges from the other can.
