  • 1 box
    cake mix (white)
  • 1 (11-oz) can(s)
    mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1/4 c
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. jar(s)
    orange marmalade (you'll only use some of this).
  • 1 (11 oz) jar(s)
    this one drained

How to Make Mandarin Marmalade Cake


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat 30 seconds on low and then on medium until well mixed.
  2. Put into a greased 13X9X2 pan and bake for 28-33 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. For topping: Beat cream until soft peaks form; add sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Gently stir in 1 or 2 Tablespoons of marmalade. Garnish with oranges from the other can.
