Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - eggs
How To Make mama's sheet cake

Step 1Icing: 1 stick oleo 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder 6 Tbsp. milk 1 box powder sugar

Step 2Sift flour,then add sugar;set aside.Bring oleo,shortening,cocoa powder,and water to a boil.Combine with flour and sugar mixture.Stir in remaining ingredients.Pour into greased 12x 18 baking sheet and bake at 400* for about 15-20 mins. Check for doneness with a toothpick about 5 mins. before...set aside.Beat icing ingredients well.spread over hot cake...cool til set.
