So very simple, and so very good! My Mam Maw makes this and its very very good... Even if you don't like cherry (LIKE ME) in this recipe you really don't end up tasting the cherry... Its just EXTREMELY MOIST!
Combine eggs and pie filling in a blender and add vanilla. Blend until it is all mixed together.
Add liquid mix to dry cake mix and blend with spatula or hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.
Bake for 30 minutes. When done, ice it with your favorite icing while its warm. i usually just whip up a glaze and drizzle over it. Enjoy!
