- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 - 4 ounce jars strained plum baby food with tapioca
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 - lemon, juiced
How To Make madonna's plum cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, cloves, cinnamon, flour and baby food in a large bowl with mixer, beat at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes, stir in pecans. pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Prepare the glaze, Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the glaze over the warm cake.
