How to Make Lyndsey's Cheesecake
- Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream on LOW speed.
- Mix in lemon and vanilla on MEDIUM speed
- Mix in sugar SLOWLY. Mix THROUGHLY
- AFTER MIXING throughly, beat on high speed for 1 minute
- Bake at 375 for 20 mins
- Cool for 40 mins on wire rack.
- Add topping
- Refrigerate for 8-12 hours, I do this overnight or day before
