How to Make Lyndsey's Cheesecake
- 1Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream on LOW speed.
- 2Mix in lemon and vanilla on MEDIUM speed
- 3Mix in sugar SLOWLY. Mix THROUGHLY
- 4AFTER MIXING throughly, beat on high speed for 1 minute
- 5Bake at 375 for 20 mins
- 6Cool for 40 mins on wire rack.
- 7Add topping
- 8Refrigerate for 8-12 hours, I do this overnight or day before
