This cheesecake was bought to one of our many gatherings when we stationed with RAF Mildenhall, UK. It reminds me that 1. Home is more a sense of belonging than a place. It's where the special people in your heart reside in comfort and security. 2. There are many blessings in my life, of which my travels and memories are some.

Ingredients
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can pie filling ( your favorite flavor!)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make lyndsey's cheesecake

Step 1Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream on LOW speed.

Step 2Mix in lemon and vanilla on MEDIUM speed

Step 3Mix in sugar SLOWLY. Mix THROUGHLY

Step 4AFTER MIXING throughly, beat on high speed for 1 minute

Step 5Bake at 375 for 20 mins

Step 6Cool for 40 mins on wire rack.

Step 7Add topping

Step 8Refrigerate for 8-12 hours, I do this overnight or day before
