Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup light sour cream, for frosting
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup frozen cool whip, lite, thawed

Step 1In lg bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking cocoa, baking soda, salt, 1 cup sour cream and egg. Beat w/ mixer until smooth. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8"-square pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 2In bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping.

Step 3When cake is cooled, frost w/ sour cream frosting.
