luscious pumpkin cake
everyone loves this cake i make it every fall like 5 times and i make it for Thanksgiving dinner also.. great and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 15oz cans pumpkin devided
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 4 - lg eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice devided
- 1 1/2 packages 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 packages cool whip (not frozen just in the fridge)
How To Make luscious pumpkin cake

Step 1pre heat oven to 350 grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans. beat cake and 1 cup pumpkin, milk, oil, eggs and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until blended, bake 20-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean, let cool completely

Step 2in another bowl beat cream cheese until smooth add powdered sugar the rest of the can of pumpkin and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix well. fold in cool whip

Step 3frost cakes with topping you made the sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish
