In Florida we have "Meyer lemons" that are larger than grapefruit!! You only need one to make a lemon pie or this wonderful pound cake. I'm lucky that my husband is a great gardener and makes sure I have lemons for cooking and baking

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix (i use duncan hines moist supreme mix)
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (ifyou don't have enough, add water to equate
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
How To Make luscious lemond pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10" bundt pan

Step 2Combine all cake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 Degrees 50-60 minutes or until tests done. Cool on rack

Step 3Prepare a simple glaze-Use lemon zest and lemon juice-add confectioners sugar to achieve proper thickness, adding milk or more lemon juice to thin. Pour over cake and let set
