  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 pint sour cream, lite
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup water, cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

How To Make lower fat butterscotch bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350* Spray bundt pan with baking spray Put all items in a large bowl except the chips. Mix by hand 50 strokes.Add chips and fold in.
  • Step 2
    Bake for 50-60 min. remove and turn onto cooling rack.Lift off pan after 15 min. Cool and serve with light whipped cream.
