yellow cake mix
1 box
butterscotch instant pudding
1 pt
sour cream, lite
1 c
egg substitute
1/2 c
canola oil
1/2 c
water, cold
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
butterscotch chips

How to Make Lower fat butterscotch bundt cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350* Spray bundt pan with baking spray
    Put all items in a large bowl except the chips. Mix by hand 50 strokes.Add chips and fold in.
  • 2Bake for 50-60 min. remove and turn onto cooling rack.Lift off pan after 15 min. Cool and serve with light whipped cream.
