    yellow cake mix
  • 1 box
    butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 pt
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 c
    egg substitute
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    water, cold
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    butterscotch chips

How to Make Lower fat butterscotch bundt cake


  1. Preheat oven to 350* Spray bundt pan with baking spray
    Put all items in a large bowl except the chips. Mix by hand 50 strokes.Add chips and fold in.
  2. Bake for 50-60 min. remove and turn onto cooling rack.Lift off pan after 15 min. Cool and serve with light whipped cream.
