- 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
- 1 pint sour cream, lite
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Spray bundt pan with baking spray Put all items in a large bowl except the chips. Mix by hand 50 strokes.Add chips and fold in.

Step 2Bake for 50-60 min. remove and turn onto cooling rack.Lift off pan after 15 min. Cool and serve with light whipped cream.
