This is an awesome cake for breakfast or anytime. You can use the regular cake mix and brown sugar, but I'm trying to watch my sugar intake. Nothing missing here!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 box sugar free yellow cake mix
- 4 - beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup oil, i used smart balance
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- ICING IS OPTIONAL IF YOU'RE WATCHING YOUR SUGAR INTAKE
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4-5 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make low sugar cinnamon roll cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Mix by hand until smooth,cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. DO NOT use a mixer. Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9x13 cake pan

Step 3Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture on cake batter.

Step 4Pour remaining cake batter on top of mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on top.

Step 5Bake 40 minutes in preheated oven

Step 6Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over warm cake. ENJOY!!
