    cream cheese, low-fat
  • 2
  • 2
    packet of equal
  • 1 c
    cold espresso
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    caramel syrup
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • ·
    unsweetened coca powder

How to Make Low carb tiramisu


  1. Blend 2 oz. cream cheese, eggs, sweetener and cinnamon until well mixed. Let bubbles settle. Pour 1/4 batter in pan fry 1 minute and flip.
  2. Mix 6 oz. cream cheese and caramel syrup until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff. Fold 1/3 of whipped cream into caramel mixture. Add the caramel mixture back to the remainder of the whipped cream and fold until combined. Chill for a few minutes.
