Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup each - buttermilk & sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- GLAZE
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
How To Make ~ lotsa lemon cake ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bakers secret works great! In a med bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add one egg at a time. Mix in sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternating with buttermilk. Spread into bundt pan evenly. Bake 50 - 60 min or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and turn onto serving plate. Mix glaze, if want thicker add sugar to desired thickness occurs. Enjoy!
