- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups apples, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1Oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. in large bowl mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat until mixed well. Add flour, soda and salt. Beat well. Add apples and pecans. Mix well. Bake for 45-60 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
