little boo's~bacon butterscotch mini cupcakes

Little Boo's are Butterscotch schnapps bacon cupcakes. I came up with these fall flavors when I got tired of the normal fall flavors of apple and pumpkin. I put together my sweet and salty favs. Butterscotch and Bacon YUM!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cakemix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup veg oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch shnapps
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 can creamcheese frosting
  • 5 tablespoons butterscotch syrup

How To Make little boo's~bacon butterscotch mini cupcakes

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon saving bacon grease and crumble bacon put aside
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven 350. Make cake according to package except subsitute milk for water add butterscotch shnapps and bacon grease. (2tbps shnapps 1tbsp bacon grease)
  • Step 3
    Line cupcake pan with liners and fill 3/4 of way. bake 10-15min. cool on rack I used halloween liners, thats where the name came in)
  • Step 4
    Mix cream cheese frosting w/2tbsp butterscotch syrup. Frost. drizzle syrup and crumbled bacon on top.
