Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (about 10 to 12 crackers)
- 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons melted margarine
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
How To Make lime pie bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13×9-inch baking pan; set aside

Step 2Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and flour in large bowl. Add melted butter to cracker mixture in 2 parts, stirring until mixture is thoroughly moist and crumbly.

Step 3Press crust evenly into bottom of pan and bake 15 minutes; set aside.

Step 4Place cream cheese and granulated sugar in bowl of electric stand mixer. Beat at medium-low speed until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lime juice and lime peel. Mix until just combined.

Step 5Pour filling over warm crust. Bake in center of oven 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set and begins to separate from side of pan.

Step 6Cool on wire rack 2 hours. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2-inch bars.
