Ingredients
- 1 pkg - graham crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 packages 8oz cream cheese room temp
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 5 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 can your favorite topping, blueberry etc.
How To Make light cheese cake

Step 1crust...mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and 3 tbls sugar.... press into spring form pan...bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 2in electric mixed, softened cream cheese, evaporated milk and beat till blend well. Add eggs one at a time and beat..add sugar can use splender if you want to, add extracts, Add sweetened condensed milk..Pour into graham crust and bake at 350degrees till tests done 1hour to 1 and 1/2 hours...top should puff.

Step 3let cool and refrigerate... add your favorite topping..canned is fine.. serve when well chilled.
