if you like a cheesecake that is not heavy this is my take on it.

graham crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp
butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp
3 pkg
8oz cream cheese room temp
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
2 can(s)
evaporated milk
5 large
4 Tbsp
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
lemon extract
1 can(s)
your favorite topping, blueberry etc.

How to Make light cheese cake


  • 1crust...mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and 3 tbls sugar....
    press into spring form pan...bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 2in electric mixed, softened cream cheese, evaporated milk and beat till blend well. Add eggs one at a time and beat..add sugar can use splender if you want to, add extracts,
    Add sweetened condensed milk..Pour into graham crust and bake at 350degrees till tests done 1hour to 1 and 1/2 should puff.
  • 3let cool and refrigerate...
    add your favorite topping..canned is fine..
    serve when well chilled.
