I STARTED MAKING THIS RECIPE YEARS AGO. I LOVE IT, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE IT . IF YOU ARE A RUM LOVER, YOU'LL LOVE THIS CAKE . IT'S SUPER MOIST AND JUST TO DIE FOR . I STARTED SELLING IT AND ESPECIALLY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS I DO PRETTY GOOD. I ALSO GIVE OUT A LOT OF THEM AS GIFTS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. I WRAP IT IN COLORED CELLO WRAP WITH HOLYDAY THEMES AND RIBBONS AND IT LOOKS SO PRETTY . SOME FRIENDS BUY IT TO GIVE OUT AS A GIFT.. IT LOOKS SO PRETTY WHEN WRAPPED AND IT'S DELICIOUS TOO. SORRY ... THAT I DONT HAVE ANY PICS BUT I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY IT .

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding

How To Make letizia's famous rum cake

Step 1in a mixer put all ingredients . mix on medium .

Step 2grease a bundt cake pan .put cake in greased pan. bake at 350 for 1 hour. when you take it out of the oven while the cake is still hot , put holes in cake and pour over the glaze .

Step 3do not take cake out of the pan, until completely cool. store at room temperature , no fridge and dont freeze cake . the recipe for the glaze follows. enjoy !!
