Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 - k-cup of butterscotch or caramel flavored coffee, brewed at 8-ounce setting

How To Make lenten mocha cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. Pour sugar, flour, salt, soda, and cocoa into large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. In another bowl, combine vanilla, vinegar, oil & coffee. Add wet ingredients to gry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour batter into ungreased 8 x 8 pan. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick tests clean. Dust with powdered sugar after cool.
