When I was a little girl my aunt always made this cake. Everyone loved it. I came across it while going through her recipes after she passed away and never in my wildest dreams thought it was made from a cake mix.

Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 3 - egg whites
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces caton of frozen whipped topping
How To Make lemony yummy cake

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.

Step 2Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 23-28 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Step 3In another mixing bowl combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low setting for 2 minutes.

Step 4Fold in the whipped topping to above mixture. Spread over cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
