Lemony Yummy Cake
1 pkglemon cake mix
1 pkginstant lemon pudding mix
1 3/4 cwater
1/2 tsplemon extract
1 pkginstant vanilla pudding mix
8 ozcaton of frozen whipped topping
How to Make Lemony Yummy Cake
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.
- Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 23-28 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
- In another mixing bowl combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low setting for 2 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping to above mixture. Spread over cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve and enjoy!
