lemony cranberry bundt cake
I love cranberries and I stock up on them during the holidays so I'll have them year round. All you need with this cake is a nice cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 package 3 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups ground or chopped cranberries (if frozen, chop while still frozen)
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make lemony cranberry bundt cake

Step 1Mix cake mix with softened cream cheese and milk. Beat 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs and blend - beat 2 additional minutes.

Step 2Combine cranberries, sugar and nuts and fold into batter.

Step 3Pour into a well-greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cook 5 minutes and turn onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
