Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2-------8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can lemon pie filling
How To Make lemony cheesecake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degree. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, pecans, and melted butter in mixing bowl. Mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup, press remaining mixture into 13x9 pan. Bake 6 minutes, Remove and cool.

Step 2Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened milk. Add eggs beat just until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Carefully spoon onto crust. Spread Reserved crumb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Store in refrigerator. Makes 24 bars.
