I have made this cake many times!! It is a little wet once you pour the lemonade mix over it..you can alter to suit your taste. My children love it! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 18 1/2oz boxes lemon supreme cake mix
  • 3 1/8oz packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 1/4 cup veg. oil
  • 6oz cans can frozen lemonade- thawed
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar-sifted

How To Make lemonade cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water & oil; blend well, then beat 4 min. @ low speed
  • Step 3
    Turn into greased & floured Bundt pan (I use Pam for Baking)
  • Step 4
    Bake for 45-50 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Step 5
    Cool 5 min. Prick cake with 2 tined fork or a wooden skewer completely through bottom of cake
  • Step 6
    In a medium size bowl, combine thawed lemonade and confectioner's sugar. Gradually spoon over cake until completely absorbed.
