I guess I was thinking of spring when I come up with this recipe, something light turned out well.

Ingredients

  • 1 - lemon cake mix
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • RASPBERRY VODKA FROSTING
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup soften butter
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sauce (homemade)
  • 2 teaspoons vodka

How To Make lemonade cake with raspberry vodka frosting

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Mix first 4 ingredients in mixer till blended turn on medium and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Pour into prepared 10x13 pan bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 4
    Mix frosting ingredients together frost cake serve.
