lemonade cake

This is one of my favorite recipes. My grandma would make this for my birthday every year.

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 cup powder sugar
  • 6 ounces can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1 tube lemon frosting

How To Make lemonade cake

  • Step 1
    Bake cake as directed. Cool 15 minutes
  • Step 2
    Mix lemonade and powder sugar. Poke fork into top of warm cake every 1/2" wiping fork occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly over top of cake. Cover and chill about 2 hours. Spread frosting over the top of cake. Cover loosely and refrigerate left overs
