Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 package small lemon jello mix
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- - juice from 2 lemons (to desired consistency)
- - zest from 1 lemon (or to taste)
How To Make lemonade cake

Step 1Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13 pan

Step 2Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water, jello mix together for 4 minutes.

Step 3Pour into 9 X 13 pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile mix Powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest together. Add just enough of the lemon juice to get a consistency for pouring over cake. This will soak into the cake so you don't want it too thick.

Step 5Remove cake from oven, punch holes all over the cake with a fork while it's still hot. Spread lemon topping over cake. Let cool, serve.
