How to Make Lemonade Cake
- 1preheat oven to 325. grease a 12 cup bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour. thoroughly combine cake mix, eggs and oil.
- 2add gelatin mixture, beat 3 minutes. pour into prepared pan. bake 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- 3cool 15 minutes in the pan. combine lemonade concentrate with sugar. after cake has cooled 15 minutes, gentky loosen it from sides of the pan.
- 4pour two thirds of the lemonade mixture over the cake in pan, allowing it to run down the sides. wait 10 minutes and invert cake unto a serving platter. pour remaining lemonade mixture over cake.
