1 1/2 cwater

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2eggs

1 smallbox (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding

STREUSEL MIXTURE:
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 cflour
-
1/4 cbutter, cold
How to Make Lemon Streusel Cake
- Mix together cake mix, water, oil, eggs and lemon pudding mix. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Spread half of the cake batter into a 15x10x1 inch greased pan.
- Sprinkle with the half of the streusel mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and streusel mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven. While still warm, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
