- 1 package lemon cake mix (dry)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1In mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs, fold in lemon pie filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool

Step 2Frosting: Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until well blended; add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Delicious!
