    lemon cake mix (dry)
  • 4
  • 1 can(s)
    lemon pie filling
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Lemon Sheet Cake


  1. In mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs, fold in lemon pie filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool
  2. Frosting: Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until well blended; add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Delicious!
