Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix (dry)
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make lemon sheet cake

  • Step 1
    In mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs, fold in lemon pie filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool
  • Step 2
    Frosting: Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until well blended; add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Delicious!
