- 1In mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs, fold in lemon pie filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool
- 2Frosting: Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until well blended; add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Delicious!
