How to Make Lemon Sheet Cake - Steph
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs; fold in Lemon pie filling, until well blended. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1"). Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes; watch carefully and test center for doneness. (The Lemon Pie Filling is in a can)
- Frosting: Beat the creeam cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. ENJOY!
