Anyone who likes Lemon will love this easy recipe. The cake has three ingredients. It is great for any event, as it makes a lot.

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
4 - eggs
1 can lemon pie filling
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make lemon sheet cake - steph

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs; fold in Lemon pie filling, until well blended. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1"). Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes; watch carefully and test center for doneness. (The Lemon Pie Filling is in a can)

Step 2

Frosting: Beat the creeam cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. ENJOY!
