- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 package cream cheese (3 oz.)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make lemon sheet cake

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling.

Step 2Spread in 12x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 340 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Cool on wire rack.

Step 3In a small mixing bowl: beat cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on cake.

Step 4Store in refrigerator.
