How to Make Lemon Sheet Cake
- 1In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling.
- 2Spread in 12x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 340 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Cool on wire rack.
- 3In a small mixing bowl: beat cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on cake.
- 4Store in refrigerator.
