Ingredients

1 pkg
lemon cake mix
4 large
eggs
1 can(s)
lemon pie filling
1 pkg
cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c
butter or margarine, softened
2 c
confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Lemon Sheet Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling.
  • 2Spread in 12x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 340 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Cool on wire rack.
  • 3In a small mixing bowl: beat cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on cake.
  • 4Store in refrigerator.
