I made this up one night because I wanted a really moist (pudding) cake that was lemon flavored.

Ingredients

CAKE

1
box yellow cake mix
1
small box vanilla pudding
3/4 c
oil
3/4 c
milk
4
eggs
3 Tbsp
sour cream
lemon extract, to taste
vanilla extract, to taste
lemon zest, to taste (optional)

GLAZE

1 c
powdered sugar
1/3 c
lemon juice

How to Make Lemon Pudding Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Stir together the box cake mix & the instant pudding.
  • 2Mix in your oil, then milk then your eggs one by one.
  • 3Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well until there are no lumps
  • 4Grease a budnt pan then pour in cake mix.
  • 5Bake at 325-350 for 40 min, making sure to test for doneness.
  • 6Let the cake cool for 10 min in the pan. When moderately cool, flip cake pan onto a plate. Glaze cake.
