I made this up one night because I wanted a really moist (pudding) cake that was lemon flavored.

Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 1 - box yellow cake mix
  • 1 - small box vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • - lemon extract, to taste
  • - vanilla extract, to taste
  • - lemon zest, to taste (optional)
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

How To Make lemon pudding cake

  • Step 1
    Stir together the box cake mix & the instant pudding.
  • Step 2
    Mix in your oil, then milk then your eggs one by one.
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well until there are no lumps
  • Step 4
    Grease a budnt pan then pour in cake mix.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 325-350 for 40 min, making sure to test for doneness.
  • Step 6
    Let the cake cool for 10 min in the pan. When moderately cool, flip cake pan onto a plate. Glaze cake.
