Ingredients
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
How To Make lemon pudding cake

Step 1Melt butter in 9X9 in pyrex dish and set aside

Step 2Mix flour, sugar salt and baking powder beat eggs, sugar, and milk together then add dry ingredients. Pour into pyrex dish. Top with Lemon pie filling a table spoon at a time until you cover the top of the cake batter. Do not mix or spread. Put in 375 degree oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm if desired.Delicious
