- 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar ( for icing )
- 1 - lemon ( for icing )
How To Make lemon pound cake

Step 1Prheat oven 325 degrees Combine cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar. Add one egg at time beating well after each. Pour in a well greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan. Bake about one hour or until done. Let cool in pan about 5 mins and then turn out on cake plate. Drizzle icing while still warm

Step 2Icing Mix 1 cup of confection sugar with the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well and drizzle over warm cake.
