- 1 box
- lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 c
- apricot nectar
- 3/4 c
- canola oil
- 4 large
- 1/2 c
- 1 c
- confectioners' sugar ( for icing )
- lemon ( for icing )
Combine cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar. Add one egg at time beating well after each.
Pour in a well greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan.
Bake about one hour or until done.
Let cool in pan about 5 mins and then turn out on cake plate. Drizzle icing while still warm
Mix 1 cup of confection sugar with the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well and drizzle over warm cake.
