- 1 cup 10x sugar
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice

Step 1preheat oven for 30 minutes at 350. its important the oven be preheated. spray pan well with pam.

Step 2put all ingredients in bowl use electric mixer,the longer you mix the cake the fluffier it will be.

Step 3this will make 1 bunt cake or 2 small round cakes

Step 4as soon as the cake is on a plate .stick knife around several times to make holes in cake .pour icing on cake while it is hot
