- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 4 - sticks butter softened
- 9 - large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 and heavily grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.

Step 2In a mixing bowl or wax paper stir together both of flours.

Step 3In a large bowl cream the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs,add the flour alternate with sour cream. Starting an ending with flour.

Step 4Beat for 3 min, beat in lemon extract, and then spoon the batter into prepared pan
