How to Make Lemon Pound Cake
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and heavily grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
- In a mixing bowl or wax paper stir together both of flours.
- In a large bowl cream the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs,add the flour alternate with sour cream. Starting an ending with flour.
- Beat for 3 min, beat in lemon extract, and then spoon the batter into prepared pan
