How to Make Lemon Pound Cake
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Can also be made in a Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes for layer pans and 50-60 minutes for Bundt pan.
- Frost with a lemon frosting for layer cake or a lemon glaze for a Bundt cake.
