Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3 oz.) instant lemon puddin mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 - large eggs
How To Make lemon pound cake

Step 1Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Step 2Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Can also be made in a Bundt pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes for layer pans and 50-60 minutes for Bundt pan. Cool completely.

Step 4Frost with a lemon frosting for layer cake or a lemon glaze for a Bundt cake.
