  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 box
    small box lemon pudding mix
  • 3/4 c
  • 4
  • ·
    1-2 tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3/4 c
    cooking oil
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • ·
    4-5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 stick
    melted butter

How to Make Lemon Pound Cake


  1. Mix the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together. Add milk and mix well.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract and add the cooking oil. Mi slowly but evenly.
  3. Bake @ 300 in a tube pan for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Glaze while still hot.
  4. GLAZE

    Blend the powdered sugar, lemon juice and melted butter together and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
