How to Make Lemon Pound Cake
- 1Mix the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together. Add milk and mix well.
- 2Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract and add the cooking oil. Mi slowly but evenly.
- 3Bake @ 300 in a tube pan for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Glaze while still hot.
Blend the powdered sugar, lemon juice and melted butter together and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
