Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box small box lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 - eggs
- - 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- - 4-5 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 stick melted butter
How To Make lemon pound cake

Step 1Mix the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together. Add milk and mix well.

Step 2Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract and add the cooking oil. Mi slowly but evenly.

Step 3Bake @ 300 in a tube pan for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Glaze while still hot.

Step 4GLAZE Blend the powdered sugar, lemon juice and melted butter together and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
