Lemon Pound Cake

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 boxsmall box lemon pudding mix

3/4 cmilk

4eggs

·1-2 tbsp. lemon extract

3/4 ccooking oil

2 cpowdered sugar

·4-5 tbsp. lemon juice

3/4 stickmelted butter
How to Make Lemon Pound Cake
- Mix the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together. Add milk and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract and add the cooking oil. Mi slowly but evenly.
- Bake @ 300 in a tube pan for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Glaze while still hot.
- GLAZE
Blend the powdered sugar, lemon juice and melted butter together and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
