I had to create a recipe in recognition of how I met the love of my life...I was in the breakroom at work surrounded by friends and this handsome man whom i had never seen before approached our table and proceeded to place a cake to share for coffee break with us. When he went to set it down...it was just like someone upstairs tossed it right into my lap. I was wearing a beautiful suit and it was all over my lap...our eyes met i smiled and asked what flavor it was he said lemon poppyseed and I replied mmmm my favorite did you bring forks and we all giggled and our journey began.

Ingredients
- - 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- - 2 boxes 3 0z pkg instant lemon pudding mix
- - 1 cup of water
- - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - 4 eggs
- - 1 tablespoon of poppyseeds
How To Make lemon poppyseed bundt cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Put into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Step 2preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes.

Step 3When done invert pan for 10 minutes. Turn out and when cool sprinkle with powder sugar or make a thin glaze and drizzle over the top.
