Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - egg whites
- 2/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup oat bran
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup yogurt, lemon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

Step 1Beat butter and sugar until smooth.

Step 2Beat in egg whites.

Step 3In large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, poppy seeds and baking soda.

Step 4Add flour mixture, yogurt, lemon juice and rind to butter mixture.

Step 5Spread batter in nonstick, 12-cup bundt pan.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

Step 7Cool in pan for 20 minutes.

Step 8Invert onto a wire rack.

Step 9For glaze, combine confectioners\' sugar with lemon juice.
