CAKE
1 - lemon cake mix with pudding in mix
4 - eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup hot water ( not boiling )
GLAZE
1 cup confectionars sugar
3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice ( mix well and drizzel over cake

How To Make lemon poppy seed cake

Step 1

Stir cake mix well and add 1/4 cup poppy seed, Stir well and pour into greased, floured bundt pan.

Step 2

Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes
Step 3

Mix powdered sugar and 3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice . Mix well and drizzle over cake.
