This is my daughter's recipe. One of the best moistest and easiest cakes to make. you can substitute any cake mix with wonderful results One of the easiest ways to enhance a box cake mix

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon cook and serve pudding mix
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3 dashes yellow food coloring
- club soda
1/8 dash confectionary sugar

How To Make lemon poppy seed cake

Step 1

Mix cake mix as directed substituting Club Soda for the water

Step 2

Add the poppy seeds, pudding mix and yellow food coloring
Step 3

Bake as directed using a bunt pan.
Step 4

Cool and dust with confectionary sugar
