Ingredients

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 box
    lemon cook and serve pudding mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 3 dash(es)
    yellow food coloring
  • ·
    club soda
  • 1/8 dash(es)
    confectionary sugar

How to Make Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cake mix as directed substituting Club Soda for the water
  2. Add the poppy seeds, pudding mix and yellow food coloring
  3. Bake as directed using a bunt pan.
  4. Cool and dust with confectionary sugar
