Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 small box lemon gelatin
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil

How To Make lemon/orange cake

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  • Step 2
    MIX FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR 3- 4 MINUTES
  • Step 3
    ADD OIL AND MIX USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES
  • Step 4
    BAKE IN A BUNDT PAN SPRAYED WITH BAKER'S JOY FOR 45 MINUTES
  • Step 5
    AS SOON AS CAKE COMES OUT OF OVEN, POKE HOLES IN TOP AND POUR GLAZE OVER TOP.
  • Step 6
    FOR GLAZE: STIR 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE WITH 2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
