2/3 c
water
1 small
box lemon gelatin

eggs
2/3 c

How to Make LEMON/ORANGE CAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  • 2MIX FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR 3- 4 MINUTES
  • 3ADD OIL AND MIX USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES
  • 4BAKE IN A BUNDT PAN SPRAYED WITH BAKER'S JOY FOR 45 MINUTES
  • 5AS SOON AS CAKE COMES OUT OF OVEN, POKE HOLES IN TOP AND POUR GLAZE OVER TOP.
  • 6FOR GLAZE: STIR 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE WITH 2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
