- 2/3 cup water
- 1 small box lemon gelatin
- 4 - eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
How To Make lemon/orange cake

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

Step 2MIX FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR 3- 4 MINUTES

Step 3ADD OIL AND MIX USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES

Step 4BAKE IN A BUNDT PAN SPRAYED WITH BAKER'S JOY FOR 45 MINUTES

Step 5AS SOON AS CAKE COMES OUT OF OVEN, POKE HOLES IN TOP AND POUR GLAZE OVER TOP.

Step 6FOR GLAZE: STIR 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE WITH 2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
