Ingredients

1 package lemon pie and pudding mix
1 package yellow cake mix
4 - eggs
1 cup water, cold
1/4 cup cooking oil
LEMON GLAZE
2 - scoops lemonade
1/2 cup water, cold
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
GLAZE: OR MAY USE
6 ounces can of frozen lemonade and
2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make lemon lovers cake

Step 1

Combined cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, water & oil in bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour in to sprayed oblong cake pan.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Step 3

Cool cake for 5 minutes then prick all over with a fork.
Step 4

Mean while : in a bowl, mix lemonade, water & butter till well mixed, then slowly add 2 cups powdered sugar until well blended.
Step 5

SPOON glaze over cake.
