How to Make Lemon Jello Cake
- Preheat oven to 325.
Grease and flour glass 9x13" baking dish
- Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Pour into glass dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- While cake is baking, mix together 2 cups powdered sugar with 1/3 cup lemon juice.
- Immediately upon taking cake out of oven, poke holes with a 2 tine fork (the more holes the better)Spread the lemon mixture over HOT cake.
- Cool 4 hours. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
