- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make lemon ice box pie

Step 1Let cream cheese come to room temp. Cream the cheese and milk.

Step 2Add lemon juice, lemon zest (if you choose), and vanilla.

Step 3Continue beating until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
