Ingredients
- 3 - egg yolks, reserve whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - lemon, juiced
- - whipped egg whites
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 box vanilla wafers
How To Make lemon ice box cake

Step 1Cook egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice over hot water until creamy. Let cool.

Step 2Whip egg whites, bold whipping cream into egg mixture and blend.

Step 3Place 1 cup vanilla waffer crumbs lining the bottom of the pan before pouring. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the top. Place in freezing unit then serve.
